A platform for fueling the future with scalable, clean innovation
About CleanTech
CleanTech Partners (CTP) addresses critical barriers to scaling sustainable energy technologies, essential for achieving global climate goals and advancing the energy transition. Many innovative solutions are stalled in academic or niche ecosystems, lacking pathways to commercialization. This gap limits their global deployment and impact on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Unlike traditional intellectual property companies, CTP leverages its global reach and expertise to deploy technologies that are commercially ready or near-commercially ready, overcoming scalability bottlenecks. By bridging the divide between innovation and commercial viability, CTP unlocks the potential of sustainable technologies with first-of-its-kind deployment to resolve pressing challenges and serve underserved markets, driving meaningful progress in the global energy transition.
BREAKING BARRIERS TO SCALE
THE PROBLEMS WE SOLVE
Clean energy technologies have great potential, but their market deployment is challenging. Developers often lack the necessary global reach and expertise, which slows innovation. Successful projects require a mix of engineering, finance, and management skills, alongside decreasing technology costs through practical use. At CleanTech Partners, we tackle these issues to accelerate the commercialization of sustainable technologies and support the global energy transition.
Here are a few of the pain points we’ve identified, with our framework offering a solution.
-
Technology developers often focus on specific regions or research areas, making it harder to bring their innovations to market.
-
Delivering projects needs a mix of skills, from engineering and finance to management and commercial expertise.
-
To lower costs and improve efficiency, technologies must be deployed through real-world projects and refined over time.
A DEPLOYABLE, SCALABLE
TECH SUITE
At CleanTech Partners, we focus on acquiring and commercializing early-stage, high-potential technologies that are near technology-readiness level (in the refinement stages at TRL 7 or beyond) or deployment-ready.

Green hydrogen
EMEA
Currently, green hydrogen is not economically viable. However, an optimized hydrogen production module that can be deployed globally will facilitate the transition in remote locations.

Tidal energy
Asia and Europe
Tidal energy harnesses the predictable movements of ocean tides to generate electricity. Our renewables partner specialises in developing advanced tidal turbine generation systems — their flagship turbines are designed for efficiency and adaptability, capable of producing up to 3 megawatts (MW) of power.

Direct carbon capture
EMEA
Direct carbon capture targets COâ‚‚ hotspots near fossil fuel hubs, deploying scalable solutions in emerging markets to reduce emissions and integrate with renewable energy systems.

Floating solar
Brazil and Asia
Limited land availability restricts affordable utility-scale solar; floating solar provides a solution to expand renewable energy capacity at a utility-scale and competitive cost.

Waste to value
Asia and Europe
A significant proportion of Asia’s annual crop of coconuts are wasted or aren’t leveraged for their biological energy. With our Singapore-based partner, we establish technology to provide activated carbon and DME fuel for adjacent industries.
HOW WE DO IT
We invest in Intellectual Property (IP) that aligns with our projects, turning innovation into real-world solutions. Our initial project pipeline brings advanced technologies to areas needing alternative and innovative infrastructure, ensuring they scale effectively. With much of the project value chain in place, we deliver impactful, sustainable energy solutions that drive tangible progress.
